Our networks are built on roads, highways and railways, using a bank of high quality ducts and optical cables, connecting the main points of interest of OTT's and wholesale operators. Our business model is to rent, by IRU or leased lines contract, dark fibers pairs, ILA (space and redundant power/UPS) to support our customers operations. Following this strategy, we don't compete anytime with our clients, be a domestic operator or an international whosale company.

Focused on network availability and quality, we carry out a weekly site survey along the entire network route, looking for interferences, third-party work, to avoid cable cuts and infrastructure damage.

Since our first RFS network, we have received mentions from our customers about our quality of services and our innovative business model in Brazil. Our network operations center (NOC) operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, monitoring all events close to the path of our networks, coordinating our technical teams to save time and add more and more performance to network operations. 

Predictively, our teams are prepared to avoid damage and outage events. However, if something happens and the network goes down, according to our SLA standards, our MTTR is maximum eight hours. 

Qualify to serve

Our teams are qualified to face all network operation and maintenance challenges. We promote training for safe operation and provided by equipment manufacturers, to carry out all tasks, obtaining the best operational performance and avoiding premature degradation of the infrastructure.     

For us, safety is the basis for any job. That is why our EHS team (Environment, Human and Safety) works constantly to qualify and provide learning sessions, be to our teams work in risk areas, mountains, streets, railways, highways, or so that our backoffice staff knew all about the on field jobs, and provide all necessary items and equipments for the technical teams, looking for to protect the environment and all lives involved on the jobs.

Regarding sustainability and compliance (ESG), we follow a strict code of conduct, guaranteeing our clients and partners transparency and security in operations.
