Our strategy are based to invest thinking about the long-term. It consists in to build and operate optical networks, in all brazilian land. The business model is similar to a highway concession or a electricity transmission company.
The main step of investment is the network development and construction, opening trenches, installing ducts and cables and making network ready for service. After the cosntruction, to operate on a predctive way, looking for a wholesale customers that requires quality and availability in a long-term deal, ten or fifteen years, renewable for the same time.
